The III Cooking with Truffle Contest will feature a jury of national and international prestige in various areas of activity: chefs, journalists, gastronomy experts, truffle producers, etc., who will assess the dishes made by the participating teams and for the first time the contest will have a children’s jury that will award the Pequetrufa prize.
